Floating Project Assistant
The purpose of this position is to perform general administrative duties and assigned projects. The position will report to the Human Resources Department however it will be assigned as needed to other departments throughout the organization to provide assistance with special projects and provide support as needed to these departments.

+ Perform general office duties as well as administrative duties such as telephone screening, typing and processing letters of correspondence and assisting with special projects.

+ Create reports as needed by creating MS Excel spreadsheet and Word documents.

+ Perform typical administrative duties such as copying, faxing, imaging, and filing documents.

+ Perform any other clerical/administrative duties as assigned based on department placement.

+ Knowledge of general office duties

+ Must have computer knowledge to scan, save documents to folders, navigate Windows and use Word and Excel

+ Basic computer skills - testing required

+ Basic Microsoft Excel

+ Good oral and written communication skills

+ Good interpersonal skills

+ Good organizational skills

+ Strong customer service skills

+ High School Education

+ Previous experience in a business office setting

+ Administrative experience preferred
